Our Story
Founded in 2011, IGH Health Services is a healthcare management company offering over 25 years' experience operating and managing long-term care and assisted living facilities and other health-related organizations. We bring to your organization a highly-skilled, comprehensive approach to the management and clinical offerings of your facility. Through our strategic intervention, we help private owners and corporations increase census, ensure compliance, and discover high resident, family and employee satisfaction to increase profitability and achieve positive growth.
Our corporate vision is reflected in our name: In God's Hands. We believe that through the principled application of Christian values, resident-focused systems of care, and honest interaction with all stakeholders, we will bring greater value to your property.
Our Approach
We believe that healthcare facilities that want to be among the best require leadership with sound judgment and agility. It is not enough to excel in one key area, especially if it is done at the expense of another. The most successful organizations are able to simultaneously protect quality of care, manage costs, increase efficiency, appropriately leverage technology and improve satisfaction for both residents and staff.
At IGH Health Services, we integrate the Baldrige Criteria and its core principles in our approach to improved organizational performance. We begin by reviewing all operational systems and practices of a facility through these criteria. In this way we are able to identify strengths and gaps in processes that can be addressed through specific policie, training, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
